At SurelySpecial, we prioritize your satisfaction and want to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience with us. Please review our Refunds and Returns Policy to understand the terms and conditions for returning items and requesting refunds.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns Eligibility:
- We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or not of the best quality. If you've received an item that meets any of these criteria, we're here to assist you.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been purchased with a specific design or customization cannot be returned if you selected the wrong design or made a personal preference error.
Return Process for Damaged, Defective, or Low-Quality Items:
- If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not of the best quality, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos of the item's issue and your order number to help us assess the situation.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for returning the item.
- You can opt for optional SurelySpecial Package Protection Service to cover ofr lost, damaged or stolen packages.
Free Replacement:
- If the item you received is damaged, defective, or not of the best quality, we will offer you a free replacement.
- Replacement items will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Refund Process:
- If a replacement is not available, or if you prefer a refund, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
